Kenneth Kosky has successfully negotiated, documented and closed multiple transactions valued between $50,000 and $500,000,000. A few of the projects completed by Kenneth Kosky include the following:

​ - Successfully representing a client in the sale of a chemical company, doing multinational business, to a public company.  This project included the transfer of the company’s physical assets, intellectual property and commercial real estate.  Initial pre-closing work commenced with the negotiation and documentation of confidentiality agreements, and continued through the structuring and documentation of the non-competition and employment agreements for the selling principals.

 - Successfully representing a client in the acquisition of the assets of a national air tool manufacturing business. A new limited liability company was established as the appropriate tax planning and working entity to acquire the assets, including machinery and intellectual property rights.

 - Providing every day consulting services to a national real estate company, including contracting with service providers (both national and local), such as telecommunications/cable television providers and laundry and vending providers.
